Details

A refined matched pair of Neoclassical bronze urns on black marble bases, dating to circa 1890–1910 and originating from Continental Europe.

Each urn features classical dancing female figures in high relief, framed by elegant scrolling handles and a laurel leaf band at the shoulder. The proportions are beautifully balanced, with a strong architectural presence that makes them ideal for flanking a mantel, console, or mirror.

The bronzes carry a rich, naturally aged patina with subtle tonal variation between the two—consistent with age and authentic use. Both are mounted on stepped black marble plinths, giving them weight and visual grounding.

These are decorative urns (non-functional as vases) and are best suited as statement objects in a traditional or transitional interior.
