Hand-Painted Nippon Porcelain Serving Bowl
Japan, Nippon Period, c. 1891–1921
Elegant hand-painted porcelain serving bowl featuring soft pink roses,
trailing greenery, and gilt accents along the rim. Marked “Hand Painted Nippon”
on the base, indicating production during Japan’s Nippon export era for the
Western market.
With its generous size and shallow depth, this bowl was originally intended for table use
ideal for fruit, desserts, or centre-table service. Today, it works beautifully
as a decorative centerpiece, fruit bowl, or display piece in both traditional
and eclectic interiors.
Dimensions:

• Approx. 4” height
A classic example of early Japanese export porcelain, combining function,
